B. Nicole is a 30-something, wife, mom and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated (Zeta Chapter MADE!) Born in Cincinnati and residing in the DMV, she's a financial analyst by day and a podcast host by night. Across more than 15 years in the finance industry, she’s been “the only” Black woman in the room, and was questioned, called aggressive or pre-judged based on race or gender as a result. She believes if she can help the next Blk girl in the same room turn that negative into a positive experience, then her experience was worth it.
